El Molino De La Cumbre is a charming family run bar and restaurant on the top of the hill overlooking El Cibao valley. It has probably the best cappuccino on the north coast and one of the most breathtaking views from the restaurants terrace. It is must-visit if you travel that mountains’ road between north coast and Moca, Santiago, or Santo Domingo. You wouldn’t regret even if you make a special 40 minutes trip from Cabarete to El Molino for your launch or dinner. Try house’s special shrimp or chicken crepes.
